Benefits Of Our Capabilities

In many cases, most other water restoration companies will utilize a mobile on-site pod or storage container. The problems associated with this include extreme temperatures which either causes mold, deterioration or additional damages by not allowing the items to properly air out and dry.

Our facility has the capacity to accept drive in semi trucks and trailers to accommodate for the largest of loads.

Climate-controlled storage

A major value and benefit of our service includes the use of our climate controlled facility that’s used to repair & store all of your personal belongings such as furniture, electronics and family heirlooms.

Another type of cleaning method for carpets is foam cleaning. This application is performed by spraying a specialized detergent onto the material. Once applied, it’s then activated within the carpet by means of tools or brushing wands that create the foam.

Once the foam is activated, it’s purpose is to catch the debris and dirt from within the fibers. Once caught, the carpet is then vacuumed while removing the foreign substances.

What an amazing group of employees you have. All so hard-working and pleasant. For five days in a row people came out and worked to protect my property from mold after a flooded basement. The work was thorough and professional and the employees showed compassion and good humor during a very stressful time. Excellent service!

Here is the completion of our process for restoring a home in Springfield after water damage.

Upon further investigation of the main kitchen area flooring, we checked for additional areas that may have been impacted by water leaking throughout the home.

Water was found to be in the crawlspace as well, which required extraction and drying equipment to dry out the area.

subfloor inspection

Saturation was also discovered beneath the drop in stove unit on the sub-floor. The water line leak caused the water to travel underneath the stove near the kitchen cabinets.

Tearing out damaged
drywall, subfloor and tile

After the detaching of the lower base kitchen cabinets, the saturated tile and sub-floor as well as some wet drywall were all required to be torn out to dry the remaining bones of the structure shown below. The stud walls and decking were also required to be treated and dried.

Using anti-microbial agent

We treated and protected the decking and stud walls with our anti-microbial agent. This ensured that no potential mold growth would occur.

drying structure

Next, we dried the structure. In this case, we also dried the crawlspace. Here you can see we cut holes in the decking to allow for drying equipment to penetrate the crawlspace.

The piece of drying equipment shown below in the middle is a heat exchanger. It is taking the normal forced air from the air mover and exchanging the air for heat up to variable heat temperatures. This helped to speed up the evaporation time of the water in the crawlspace.
